Nikole Mackenzie, CPA
After spending 6 years at a regional accounting firm, she become frustrated with the structure of traditional CPA firms. She felt there was much more accountants could do to help business owners throughout the year, rather than just once per year at tax time. She also recognized that many of her clients’ accounting departments were run very inefficiently— using outdated technology, with people often performing the wrong tasks for their skill-set.
So in 2016, Nikole founded Momentum Accounting with the goal of providing an alternative way for businesses to run their accounting department by combining the right people, the right processes and the best technology.
Nikole is passionate about using technology to help her clients build efficient and scalable businesses. She is a member of Xero’s North America Xero Partner Advisory Council (XPAC). XPAC is a small group of bookkeepers and accountants who both challenge and champion the needs of the accounting industry.
Nikole is committed to surrounding herself with a community of people who serve her same type of clients. She is a member of ProVisors. ProVisors is an invitation-only community of high-caliber senior-level professionals - experienced Trusted Advisors who share the highest standards of integrity, performance, and accountability.
When she isn’t busy helping her clients, Nikole enjoys playing Australian Rules Football, snowboarding, attending live music events and spending time outdoors.
With over 15 years of experience, Ramona Rednic is a veteran when it comes to accounting. After emigrating from Romania to the United States in 2000, Ramona jumped into the finance world and later earned her bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance from California State University, Hayward.
Ramona acts as our clients’ accounting manager, coordinating with clients and making sure financial statements are delivered timely each month. She’s known for her great sense of humor and excellent client service.
In her free time, Ramona enjoys skiing, hiking, traveling and spending time with her family.
